The Hamlet Condominiums were originally converted from industrial space to residential units in 2009. This charming building consists of 16 one- and two-bedroom units spread across three levels. Residents of The Hamlet Condominiums enjoy a convenient location with numerous parks, museums, restaurants, and retail stores all within walking distance.

History: The Hamlet Condominiums and 'Herbert Hamlet Alley' pay homage to the building's original occupants, Herbert Hamlet Cleaners. Herbert Hamlet Cleaners has been operating since 1956 and is now situated on W. Leigh Street. The cleaners specialize in textile restoration services for items damaged by smoke, fire, or water.
